Based In

Based In is a co-working space born out of the need for a place where creatives can freely make inspiring work. Founded by two architects, this thoughtfully curated environment is open to entrepreneurs and creatives who wish to explore their craft and collaborate.

Given the opportunity to design their logo and website, I wanted to emphasize the core importance of being based in a studio. Composed of a pair of brackets that house the word 'based', the logo acts as a container that can hold your name, address, location, etc. The logo's vertical orientation playfully hints at the fifth floor walk up to the studio.
